BRIEF

Create an animation project that uses the watch(artefact) as a metaphor to explore themes like progress, patience, memories, and routine. The aim is to emotionally connect viewers to the concept of time through strong storytelling and visual design.

WHAT WE DID

This black-and-white animation follows the journey of a silhouette symbolising a person. Along the way, it reveals both life's struggles and joyful moments. Every second counts, just as in life, where even the smallest moment can change everything.

RESULT

Every Second Matters is an animated film that explores the passage of time and its impact on our lives, resonating deeply in today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected world. I chose to explore the concept of time because, like many of us, I often find myself caught up in the rush of daily life, where time seems to slip away unnoticed. I wanted to create an animation that connects with everyone, reflecting how time shapes our choices, emotions, and experiences. In a world filled with distractions and constant pressure to move forward, the film reminds us to slow down and truly appreciate the moments that pass us by. This isn’t just my personal experience, it’s something we all share, no matter where we are in the world. The sensation of time slipping away is a shared experience, making this journey of transformation something that resonates with everyone.
